Martha Hausmann and Katherine Schroder have lived and worked in this community since the early 2000s and have a vast knowledge of the entire valley. From the real estate market to schools to the best area hikes, they are local experts and love to share why they call Sun Valley home. With 40 years of combined real estate experience, they bring to the team different backgrounds in real estate, sales and marketing. Martha was a top agent in Atlanta, Georgia before relocating to the Wood River Valley in 2003. She brings 25+ years of real estate experience and knowledge to the group. Katherine worked in corporate events and marketing until getting her real estate license in 2008. The two joined forces in 2014 with the goal to combine their talents and offer a full-service real estate experience to their clients that includes custom marketing plans, strong negotiation skills, communication, and efficiency throughout the buying and selling process. They pride themselves on being thorough, patient and always strive to put their client's best interest first.
