He has a superior knowledge, and somewhat of an insider view, of the area and its amenities. Chad is a firm believer in real estate, and the power it has. He is not only a REALTOR®, he is a real estate investor as well; which Chad believes gives him some “hands-on” knowledge of how to help you buy or sell real estate in the area; he is in the trenches everyday and he loves what he does! A little bit about Chad He and his wife Niki have been married since 2005. They have 4 children, Brady, Cooper, Miller and Tatum. Their house is busy with the 6 of them, plus their wonder dog, Ruby. They try to spend as much time on the lake in the summer as possible, as well as camping on the St. Joe River. All the kids are into skiing, so they take weekends in the winter and hit the slopes whenever possible. Chad and Niki feel blessed to be able to raise their kids in North Idaho and take advantage of all 4 season and what they offer.
