With a background in bioengineering, arboriculture, environmental science, sales, and management, Brandon offers clients a perspective that goes well beyond the typical home search or listing appointment. Before entering real estate, Brandon built a career working with trees, landscapes, property owners, and communities, including serving as an ISA Certified Arborist and Plant Health Care Manager. His engineering and scientific background shaped the analytical approach he now brings to real estate, while years of sales and management experience taught him the importance of listening carefully, communicating honestly, and advocating effectively. Service has also been a defining part of Brandon’s life. As a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, he served in Senegal Africa as an Agroforestry and Environment Specialist. His commitment to community continued through elected and appointed civic roles involving urban forestry, agriculture, environmental stewardship, and public service. Today, Brandon serves buyers and sellers throughout Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Athol, Spirit Lake, Bayview, Sandpoint, and communities across Kootenai and Bonner Counties. For Brandon, real estate is not simply about closing a transaction. It is about helping people make decisions that can shape the next chapter of their lives.
