Aloha, I’m Monica Takabayashi, a Hawaiʻi REALTOR® born and raised on the Big Island (Hilo) and a proud mom of five. Real estate has been part of my life for decades—I began my career in 1995 working in our family real estate office, where my mother was the broker. That experience gave me a strong foundation, and in February 1999 I earned my real estate license and have worked in real estate full-time ever since. I genuinely love this work: meeting new people, learning something new every day, and guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. In 2007, I took the next step and earned my broker’s license, and over the years I’ve completed hundreds of successful transactions with many satisfied clients. My journey has included meaningful growth and change—our move to Maui in 2010, and in 2012 opening our family business on Maui, T&C Realty. Each chapter has strengthened my experience and deepened my commitment to serving clients with care and professionalism. Real estate can look simple on the surface, but great results take diligence, determination, and dedication. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to guide you through every step—because I’m experienced, I’m professional, and I truly care.
