I have lived on Maui since 1990 and have served buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors as a licensed real estate professional since 1994. During more than 30 years in Maui real estate, I have worked through strong markets, downturns, short sales, foreclosures, recoveries, and major changes affecting our island communities. My experience includes residential and condominium sales, buyer representation, property management, valuations, short sales, and REO properties. I hold the NAR GREEN and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations and have earned NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
