Through continued growth and experience, she earned her Hawaii Real Estate Broker's license and became Broker-in-Charge of Island Boutique Realty in 2023. Chelsea represents buyers and sellers throughout Hawaii Island, from Hamakua, Honokaa, Waimea, and North Kohala to Waikoloa, the Kohala Coast resorts, Kona, Hilo, Keaau, and Puna. She specializes in residential real estate and land, including primary residences, first-time home purchases, condominiums, vacant land, acreage, and investment properties. Buying or selling real estate on the Big Island often comes with considerations unique to Hawaii Island.
