Being lucky enough to have been born and raised on the beautiful Island of Oahu. I have spent my whole life learning about its communities, neighborhoods, education system, real estate market and local amenities. I have an AA in general studies from Leeward Community College and a BA in Education from Cal State East Bay. Although I value and realize the importance of academic achievement. Some of my most valuable skills and knowledge have come from life experience and excellent roll models.I am a competitive person who is goal oriented and patient. My objective as a Realtor is to listen to my Buyer’s and Seller’s concerns. To communicate effectively and provide sound advice through research and other available resources. I will always adhere to the Realtor code of ethics. I have mastered the art of negotiations and home staging I have been known to think outside of the box when looking for solutions to difficult situations. My tenacity and perseverance is my best asset. I hardly ever take no for an answer as I believe with the right attitude and proper research great things can be accomplished. Many of my listings have sold for 5-10% above market due to my staging abilities. Properties that show will yield more at the closing table. Some of my hobbies include, Interior design, working out, running, biking and salsa dancing. I love the outdoors and prefer to spend my free time enjoying nature and the beautiful weather here in the islands. Prior to my career as a Realtor. I spent 17 years as an owner operator of a well respect Preschool for special needs children. It brings me great joy that many of my students still remember me and have even come back to purchase their first home from me. My passion for helping adults and children with learning disabilities and literacy challenges is something I continue to cultivate by volunteering as a tutor with the Hawaii Literacy program.
