About Wendy

I love the area where I live and I have a strong emotional attachment to my home and property. It radiates the pride I have in it. It is the center of family gatherings, a welcome place for friends, and it is where my children will always call home. I wish the same for you and yours. In 1924, my great grandfather became a real estate broker in Los Angeles California, engaging in real estate sales, development and law. This business model continued for three generations, and it was this family business into which I was born. In addition to possessing both the skill and experience to assist you in the marketing or purchase of your next home or estate, I have assisted other Realtors as their personal transaction coordinator tracking the progress of transactions, and administering all the details associated with the purchase and sale of the properties. Similarly, I’ve worked as an expediter for a real estate settlement company, working with title companies and attorneys resolving title problems such as incorrect or disputed legal descriptions and other legal matters. Additionally, I have owned and managed several of my own rental properties. I enjoy party planning, DIY projects, being outdoors with my horses and chickens and making memories with my wonderful husband and 3 children. I am a Volunteer Leader for the Forsyth County 4-H Horse Club and actively involved in ex-race horse rehabilitation and rescue projects. I proudly support a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in the Atlanta Metro area through my participation in our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES foundation.
