Trinity First Realty Services, located in Jonesboro, Georgia was founded in 2002 by Diane Colbert Alridge. Mrs. Colbert Alridge had previously been a Realtor in the Metropolitan Atlanta area for many years and decided to step out on her own to start up a small independent real estate company. Trinity First Realty Services' focus has always been service with a capital “S”. During the early years of operation Trinity First focused on buyers and sellers. Providing such services and comparative market analyses for homeowners who wished to sell; mortgage assistance to help buyers match them up with the right lender, offer relocation assistance to buyers moving away and worked with investor buyers to assist them in identifying the right property and area to invest in. In 2004, Mrs. Alridge decided to add another facet to the services menu. Since that time, relationships have been formed with many private REO Real Estate Owned) companies performing BPO’s (Broker Price Opinion) and servicing REO sales as well as getting a contract with HUD in 2007 -2013 as a HUD LLB (Housing and Urban Development Local Listing Broker).
