I entered the real estate industry during an unprecedented time. With a record low supply of on-market properties, I turned to sourcing off-market deals for investors. I built an acquisitions team composed of virtual assistants and myself to capture several off-market properties with a lean budget. With newly generated capital in hand, I was able to perform my first fix & flip that went on market in September and quickly sold over market value. Since then, I have become a licensed agent and now continue to serve both my clients and my company as I strive to become a shifting presence in the Atlanta real estate market. With a massive audience of individuals who have interacted with my social media accounts and advertisements, I am able to retarget a prime audience and convert at a much higher rate. With excellent marketing-funnel management, my listed properties sell for more than other listing agents who simply use MLS.
