I’m Shea Foster, an Associate Broker and REALTOR with RE/MAX Signature, helping buyers and sellers throughout North Georgia with a focus on Banks and Jackson Counties and the surrounding areas. I grew up in Jackson County, graduated from the University of Georgia, and now live in Homer with my husband and our two children. North Georgia is where we’re raising our family, so helping people put down roots here is personal to me. I’ve built my real estate business around local knowledge, strong communication, honest advice, and making sure my clients always know what comes next. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, building new construction, relocating, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable from start to finish.
