His mother spent decades working in the industry, she spent the majority of her career in management and her last 15 years as real estate agent. As an only child of a single mother, Ryan accompanied her to many of her business obligations including client meetings, new construction developments, and in and around the brokerage office he is partnered with today. As a graduate of the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems, Ryan brings a modern, data-driven approach to real estate. His educational background includes developing business applications, databases, inventory management systems, and AI-powered solutions. This background and aptitude for technology, allows him to leverage technology, market analytics, and innovative marketing strategies to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions while maximizing their return on investment. Ryan's commitment to exceptional customer service was further developed during three years with Freedom Boat Club on Lake Lanier, where he worked 40-60 hour weeks while putting himself through college.
