Bob is the founding Broker and Owner of In The Kitchen Realty. He and his team of agents have represented residential buyers and sellers in the North Metro Atlanta and Athens area over 11 years with the main goal of complete customer satisfaction as well as negotiating the best deal in favor of our client as their interest are priority number one! A long-time knowledgeable resident of the region, Bob has lived in and owned homes in Marietta (East Cobb), Cumming, Kennesaw, Dawsonville (Lake Lanier) and currently resides in Cumming GA. Bob’s business experience includes years as a real estate investor specializing in foreclosures, rehab & flips and also rentals. He founded and managed two successful award winning tech companies based in the Roswell and Alpharetta area. Those experiences laid the foundation for his quick success within the residential housing market. The Shiller Real Estate Group is family owned, operated with our main focus on helping families find the best fit or them and for filling their dream home aspirations! Bob moved his two children to North Metro Atlanta area from Connecticut in the early 1990s, his two to school here and his daughter recently graduated from college at Georgia.
