About Paula

She specializes in assisting sellers in pricing, marketing, and selling their homes in a timely manner as well as partnering with buyers to find the perfect home for their needs. Paula’s background in customer service, sales, and education along with her ongoing and extensive Harry Norman training ensures she provides the best service for her clients. Paula is a life-long Atlanta resident. She was born in East Atlanta, educated in DeKalb County, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Georgia State University. She worked with public and private schools and sales representatives in textbook sales customer service for more than 15 years. Once she had her third child, she began homeschooling her children and established an accredited non-traditional education center, Vantage Point Education – currently in its 11th year - for middle and high school students There she teaches classes, including Advanced Placement, and established a College Board testing center for PSAT, SAT, and AP testing. In addition, Paula recently retired from a 14-year part-time career with Macy’s as a fine jewelry sales associate. Motivated to reach for her dreams no matter how daunting or difficult, and despite obstacles, Paula has an “anything is possible” attitude and will use that mindset as she helps each client accomplish their real estate objectives. She loves meeting and working with people and has the heart of a teacher and a desire to make a difference. Her service-oriented mindset coupled with her background in education and communication and her knowledge of the real estate market, provide a comforting experience for buyers and sellers in what can be a very stressful process. Paula is a proactive agent, who thinks ahead to avoid any unnecessary obstacles. She works diligently with her clients to make sure they are knowledgeable and therefore, confident of their decisions through every part of a real estate transaction.
