About Mike

Hi! I'm Mike Jones. I live in beautiful Lavonia, GA and am an active Licensed Georgia and South Carolina Real Estate Broker. I have been working in real estate since 2017. I am also a firefighter/paramedic with a metro atlanta county fire department. I was inspired to obtain my real estate license after I sold my wife and I's first home. I enjoyed the experience of looking at homes and thought I might enjoy working part time as an agent. After getting my license and working with a fellow firefighter that was also an agent I started to realize just how much goes into buying and selling a home. We also got very busy and real estate was no longer part-time but a full time commitment. I started to realize that the average home buyer who only goes through the process of buying and selling a home a handful of times is at a huge disadvantage if they don't have someone trustworthy, knowledgable and experienced to help them along. I decided that was the agent I wanted to be. I have a passion for helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate wants and needs. I can honestly say that I have never lost any sleep about a real estate transaction and have always gave the best advice to my clients and treated them the way I would want to be treated. In my 10 years of experience I have put together a good network of real-estate adjacent partners such as lenders and contractors so that I can make referrals you can trust. Aside from real estate I have a beautiful family that I love more than words can express. We enjoy spending time together outdoors, theme parks and traveling. We are active in our church and our community.
