Since 1995 I have helped over 1,500 families buy and sell homes. As this market has changed, the real test of a Realtor lies in their ability to negotiate on behalf of their client and to get the transaction closed. In this market, buyers and sellers need a Realtor who is able to keep all parts of a transaction moving in a very time sensitive environment. My team consists of my buyer's agent (daughter) Amy who was licensed in 2007, my closing coordinator Betty who has been with me since 1997, and Paul (husband) who is an Associate Broker. We are focused on making your experience in buying or selling a home as smooth and easy as possible. The vast majority of our business comes from personal referral so rather than spending time on generating leads, we are able to pour ourselves into our existing clients. Our goal is to make your experience so pleasurable that you will want to refer us to your family and friends. We are never too busy for your referrals!
