Pleased to meet you! I'm Marshall Way. Born and raised in Middle Georgia, I've had a passion for real estate nearly my whole life. At the early age of 7, I took an interest in home flipping and (with the help of my father) purchased my first home to renovate and sell. Since that point my interest in homes and real estate have compounded until 2020 when I began real estate school and ultimately earned my real estate license from the State of Georgia. Since obtaining my license, I've enjoyed assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, whether that be help with finding a new home that fits their criteria, or help with marketing and finding a buyer for their current home. I believe that I can offer a higher value to my clients in real estate transactions and that is due to my extensive business background where I manage two automobile dealerships on a daily basis. The dealerships are a family business that I have over 15 years of experience in, and I believe this career enables me to better service my real estate clients in human resource management, negotiation skills in high-stress environments, as well as keeping transactions moving along to the finish line so we can get you HOME!
