Hi there! I’m Latika Archuleta. I work with home buyers and home sellers in Metro Atlanta who need guidance navigating through the process of purchasing or selling a home. I’ve been a Realtor for over 20 years and I’ve served over 1,500 families to date. Some of the best praise that I’ve received from a client was when I was working on new constriction and I helped many first time home buyers, when the economy tanked and I helped save homeowners from foreclosure and now in a thriving economy how I have helped homeowners sell their existing home and use the equity to move up to their dream homes!
