Hi, my name is Kim Hunter. I grew up in Mint Hill, North Carolina, a quaint town outside of Charlotte. I am the youngest child of my parents, and my sister and I are really close. I also have an adopted family (my friends) whom I love to share my life with as well. My family and I moved to Savannah, GA in the Fall of my senior year of high school, and I fell in love with the beauty and the weather. When I left to go to the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS), I realized I wanted to work with people and help them find their next home. As a child of moving, I understand how difficult and meticulous finding a new home or investment property can be. I wanted to help make this experience "smooth like butter on hot pancakes", which is why I became a Realtor®. As a Realtor®, I have a big heart for helping others achieve their dreams. My mantra is "work hard play hard", and I live that out with my clients. My organization and communication aids me and my clients to experience exceptional care and concern, and I treat all my clients as if they are my family members.
