About Julia

Julia was born and raised in the communist Romania. Her core values were established early in life: hardworking and honesty; values that did not count for much in that system. Thus, together with her husband and two children, she decided to immigrate to United States of America. It was close to Christmas time when they arrived in USA in 1984 not speaking the language and with no money. Her love of learning, hard work, and the desire to help others, led her from school to job, from job to a career. It was her desire to help people that sparked the idea of getting into the real estate industry, so she obtained her license in January of 1994, knowing almost nothing about the industry. But again, the core values in her life gave her the reputation of a trusted community agent that went the extra mile in helping people fulfill the American Dream of owning a home, or an investment property, and not only. Understanding that in the real estate industry hard work is not enough, Julia educated herself to be the best she could be, enabling her to do the best service for her clients, selling when other agents could not sell, finding the perfect home for her buying clients, or finding that perfect building lot. Throughout her career, Julia has earned numerous awards and designations.
