Jude has been a top three volume broker in Wall Street Journal's "The Thousand" consistently. Services properties all over the Atlanta Metropolitan area, covering nearly three hundred zip codes, two hundred cities and thirty-one different counties. Jude co-founded a real estate tech startup in 2015 called Properly. The founders pivoted to sell the technology they built after four years. Her team has extensive experience working with Investors, 1031 exchange transactions, purchase to renovate, and REO Foreclosure Management and Disposition throughout the state of Georgia. Lauren Rasmus joined the team after growing up in the industry and will serve as a lead retail agent.
