About Joe

Joe Wilcots brings more than four decades of experience in construction, real estate investment, property management, and real estate sales. Joe began his career in the construction industry in 1980, working with McGregor Construction Company. During those early years, he developed a deep appreciation for the building trade and gained hands-on experience in roofing, framing, plumbing, and electrical work. His passion for the craft and growing demand for his side projects eventually led him to start his own construction company. In 1986, Joe founded L & J Construction, which successfully operated until 2005. The company worked on both residential homes and commercial buildings. About 10 years into the business, Joe expanded into a second venture specializing in constructing commercial playgrounds. His company built playground units for major national brands, including Chuck E. Cheese, McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr., Chick-fil-A, and many others. In 2005, Joe relocated from California to the Atlanta, Georgia area. Soon after arriving, he partnered with friends and family to acquire a multifamily property. This investment sparked a new chapter in his career and led him and his brother to launch **Easy Property Management LLC**. The company served property owners throughout the region and operated successfully for 13 years before being sold in March 2018. Today, Joe continues to serve clients as a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, helping individuals and families navigate property ownership and investment opportunities. Joe considers the journey a blessing and remains grateful to everyone who has supported him along the way. He looks forward to the future with faith, praying that Jehovah God continues to bless us all.
