I’m Jodi Harstine, an Army veteran, licensed real estate broker, and the founder of Harstine Homes, brokered by eXp Realty. I help buyers and sellers throughout Coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry. As both a veteran and the wife of a retired Army service member, I understand the challenges military families face when relocating, buying with a VA loan, or selling a home under PCS deadlines. My Military Relocation Professional certification and personal military experience allow me to offer more than general real estate guidance—I understand the timelines, uncertainty, and decisions that come with military life. Before entering residential real estate, I built an extensive career managing homeowners’ associations and condominium communities. That experience gives my clients valuable insight into association documents, budgets, restrictions, maintenance responsibilities, and the questions buyers and sellers should ask when a property is located within an HOA or condominium community. I also work closely with homeowners preparing to sell, families managing inherited or estate property, and clients relocating into or out of the area. As an Associate Broker and skilled negotiator, I guide my clients through pricing, preparation, offers, inspections, appraisals, and closing with clear communication and honest advice.
