About Jerri

Jerri Sims entered the real estate industry in 2006 and quickly realized that real estate was more than a career for her, it was a calling. A few years later, she earned her Broker’s license and continued building her experience through working with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and families relocating throughout Georgia. Over the years, real estate became a family business. Jerri’s daughters, daughter-in-law, and her son Justin joined her in the industry, bringing their own strengths to the team and helping clients through the buying, selling, and relocation process. Together, they have developed systems that help them stay organized, respond quickly, coordinate showings, market listings, and keep clients informed throughout the transaction. Jerri and her team take pride in professionalism, integrity, communication, and real estate knowledge. Whether a client is buying or selling, their goal is to provide strong representation, careful negotiation, and practical guidance from the beginning of the transaction through closing. For buyers, that means helping clients evaluate properties, understand current market conditions, prepare competitive offers, and negotiate terms that support their goals. For sellers, it means helping owners prepare and position their property, evaluate the market, review offers, negotiate terms, and work toward the best overall outcome based on their individual circumstances. Jerri is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a Broker, real estate instructor, and Director of Education, teaching both pre-license and continuing education courses. Education has become an important part of Jerri’s career. She enjoys helping both consumers and real estate professionals better understand the industry, contracts, market conditions, and the responsibilities that come with real estate ownership and representation.
