I'm based in Eatonton, between Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee, and this community is my home. My love for this land started with my dad, and our family business, Thompson Grading & Pipeline. Growing up around the grading trade, I learned that a "crown" is the shape you build into land so everything drains right and holds up over time, the groundwork everything else depends on. That same trade let me watch timber tracts turn into homesteads and lakes take shape. It taught me the value of owning your piece of land, and that the right property is worth working toward, even an off-market "no" that one day turns into a "yes."
