As a lifelong outdoorsman, hunter, and land manager, he has spent more than a decade managing properties for wildlife and pursuing whitetails across the Southeast. That firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of the features that influence a rural property's value and usability, including timber, wildlife habitat, water sources, access, topography, improvements, utilities, and future development potential. James holds the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and is also a Whitetail Properties Certified Land Specialist. His additional credentials include National Deer Association Deer Steward Levels I and II and FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification. He combines this specialized knowledge with modern mapping, aerial photography, video, digital marketing, and extensive property research to help sellers effectively showcase their land and help buyers better understand the property they are considering. Based in Central Georgia, James works extensively throughout the region and understands the diversity of its rural real estate, from rolling hardwood and pine tracts north of Macon to farms, timberland, recreational properties, and country homes throughout Middle Georgia.
