Genevieve Cadet Realtor was born in Haiti, as a 25 year resident of Georgia, now also a resident in NC. After many Top producing positions in sales, collections and finance for companies such as CarMax and Hyundai Motor Finance, also operating a tax business created a natural kick for her trust, effective communication, clear expectations, negotiation and customer service to further enhance her expertise in real estate. After buying her first home at the age of 29 which sparked her passion and excitement for real estate. After seeing all the challenges that came with being a first time homebuyer, she knew all of her many traits can really bring a different experience to many homebuyers and sellers. Genevieve since leaving the corporate world and obtaining her marketing degree has been a proud owner of a cleaning company which serviced residential and commercial cleanings. Genevieve also started her own Airbnb in Atlanta and now investing in her own Fix and flips. I know that selling and buying a home is complex and very personal process since there is so much at stake financially and personally; which truly pushes me to be an expert at the job. I am constantly learning and reading to be better and better and ready for what’s to come through seminars, trainings and etc. Real estate brings new expectations, experience and challenges all the time, so my knowledge will always be my priority to make sure my clients are in great hands. For both my sellers and buyers, my negotiations is the icing on the cake. In her own words, I value who I am and proud to live up to the same expectation after anyone gets to know me. I am loyal, honest, resilient, disciplined, trustworthy and I care about others. Real estate is really the only career that allows me to express that daily and I LOVE IT. On the other hand, I love to travel, shopping, dance, parasailing, scuba diving, horseback riding, playing pool, playing the piano, I love the game of chess, dominoes, cards and so much more ; I am the person that will go 6 different places in one night if it helps make everyone have fun and happy, I bring the fun to boring. I will try almost everything Except a Roller Coaster……... I love reggae, hip hop, R&B, country, and classical music. I speak creole and French, which can be mixed with English at times.
