Floyd Brooks was born and raised in Trelawny, Jamaica. He is married to Amy Brooks of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. They have been married for 14 years (2020). They have three beautiful children. The youngest, Aviya, just turned one. They currently reside in Snellville, Georgia. For the 15 years that Floyd and Amy have lived in Metro-Atlanta, they have called Gwinnett County home. Floyd Brooks loves real estate. He loved it so much that he started out remodeling and selling homes. He has also helped buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate needs. Floyd is passionate about going above and beyond to provide exceptional service for each of his clients. He will ensure that his clients are making sound, educated decisions about potentially one of the largest financial investments they will make buying, selling or investing in real estate. Floyd strives to build a relationship with his clients that will last a lifetime. This is attributed to the fact that Floyd does not only care about the immediate transaction, but he is interested in finding out more about his clients and helping them with their needs into the foreseeable future.
