About Cynthia

Ms. Crawford is a licensed Associate Broker with more than ten years of experience. She has been active in the Community and has won numerous production awards both from her Board and Brokerage. She was selected as REALTOR of the Year for Metro South Association of REALTORS for 2023. Cynthia is active with the Metro Association of Realtors (MSAR). She served as 2022 President. She has served as the RPAC Chair “Realtor Political Action Committee”, protecting the rights, and saving money for homeowners and REALTORS. Cynthia has testified before the Henry County Commission opposing a ban on Short Term Rentals. She has served as Vice President of Governmental Affairs, President-Elect, and By-Laws Committee for Metro South Cynthia has served as a State Director and is the Vice-Chair of Inclusion, Diversity and Equality Committee for GAR for 2025. Cynthia is committed to serving the community, creating new strategies, and locating resources for families and individuals who need help with current and future housing decisions. Education is important to her. She completed her Broker Price Opinion Certification, several Fair Housing courses, Fannie Mae Neighborhood Specialist and REO property Management Specialist. These certifications will help her assist homeowners to keep their homes and make wise decisions during these difficult days. Ms. Crawford is also a member of South Atlanta Realtists Association f/k/a Metro South Atlanta Realtists, where she currently served as the 2024-2025 President. Cynthia is currently the Chair of the Board. She is proud to be an Advocate for Housing. She has a servant's heart and enjoys helping people's dreams obtain a new address. Ms. Crawford is a Past Worthy Matron of Ruth Chapter No. 102 and Honorary Past Commandress in the Auxiliary to Prince Hall Shriners, Nabbar Court No. 123. She is a member at New Macedonia Baptist Church in Riverdale, GA. Ms. Crawford has one Daughter and three Grandsons. She loves traveling, volunteering in the community, attending football games, crafting, and reading.
