Courtney was born in Washington, D.C. and moved with her family to Wilmington, NC during her formidable years. After graduating college Courtney moved to metro Atlanta and began her vast career in the customer service and technical engineering. But she discovered real estate investing and her love for real estate grew from that point in the early 90’s. Having worn many hats including a renter, investor/landlord, homeowner and now a real estate professional I have a 360◦ view of the big picture. These views gets sharper and sharper as she listens, observes, encourages and guides her homeowner partners to their desired solution. Along with my team she uses extreme care and sensitivity and frequent communication to each clients' needs and ultimate goals. Being a business person, she has learned the importance of providing great customer service solutions that aren’t cookie cutter. She has used this skill to negotiate and persuade some of the most challenging customers to resolution. So with that in mind, she made the transition from the technical arena to real estate and went full steam ahead. The wealth of knowledge she has acquired in the customer service industry is proving very helpful to her in real estate. For example, while working in the customer service industry, she noticed how crucial listening, empathizing and asking questions are to the sale. She now applies that knowledge in her real estate career.
