I did not come to real estate the usual way. Before I became an agent, I spent years building the operational infrastructure that makes large real estate organizations run. As a C-suite executive at a large brokerage group, I oversaw operations across multiple offices and more than 2,500 agents across three states. I built the systems, the frameworks, and the standards that let those organizations perform at the highest level. For five years I ran full listing operations for a top Atlanta intown team. Staging direction, pre-market repairs, photography coordination, pricing strategy, contract management. The work I ran spanned 161 homes and over $114 million in metro Atlanta sales. Those were the team’s closings. My job was making sure there was something exceptional to close on, every time. I have been inside more transactions, from more angles, than most agents will see in a career. I know what separates the homes that sell in a weekend from the ones that sit for months. I know what buyers see when they walk through a door, and I know what kills a deal before the offer is even written. I also come from a background in brand strategy and creative direction. I have spent years thinking about how things look, how they are presented, and why some things stop you and others disappear. That eye is not separate from my real estate practice. It is at the center of it. I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. That is not a marketing line. It is how I can promise that your home, or your search, gets my full attention. Not divided across a dozen listings. Not handed off to an assistant. Me, start to finish. I live in Midtown Atlanta, which means I know the intown market the way you only can when you are actually in it. Inman Park, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Old Fourth Ward, Poncey-Highland, Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Candler Park. These are neighborhoods I move through every day. I know what they feel like at different price points, different times of year, and in different market conditions.
