I enjoy a successful multi-faceted business career. My business experience is vast. Having opened several companies, and successfully growing them, I fount an interest in law. I have a legal law degree and business background by entering the world of commercial banking. I am originally a residential lender, and worked my way through the banking channels, and became the highest earning commercial lending producer at a billion dollar institution, have lent hundreds of millions of dollars. I have a unique analytical skills acquired from underwriting several loan opportunities. More importantly, I, acquired several real estate projects where I acted as an owner, developer and general contractor. While at the bank, I formed, and successfully ran a title insurance agency. I performed hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate closings. I was also the President, and was integrally involved, in the bank's Community Development Corporation, where again I used my loan underwriting, real estate development, and general contracting skills.I have assisted in many loan work-outs, and funded pre-bankruptcy transactions. I am a licensed to practice law and a licensed Realtor. I have strong accounting skills, and I am the managing director at Insignia. I am a Lifte time member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.
