Cathy Cobb has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than 20 years. From the onset of her real estate career, she has been committed to providing her clients with the best insight on how to make sound home buying or selling decisions. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting coupled with her background in finance, and along with her marketing initiatives, expert negotiating skills and contract writing experience, Cathy has propelled herself to be a respected leader in the real estate industry for many years. About Cathy Originally from Wrightsville Beach, N.C., Cathy spent many years in the Charlotte area pursuing a career in Finance and Real Estate. Upon meeting and marrying her husband Will, who she shares a love of real estate with (he is a commercial Broker), she was thrilled to move to Georgia about ten years ago and call the Peach state “home”. She currently lives on Lake Lanier and enjoys being an active part of her community. She loves spending time at home or on the lake with Will and her two beautiful stepchildren, Virginia (UGA, Go Dawgs!) and James (Lakeview Academy). Other interests include traveling, playing tennis, reading, health & wellness, and cheering on the Dawgs and/or Falcons.
