About Brandy

I’m a REALTOR® with Magnolia Realty & Property Management serving Northeast Georgia, where I’ve built both my life and my career around community, connection, and helping people feel at home. I grew up moving between Central Florida and upstate South Carolina before settling in Toccoa in 2019 with my husband, Todd, who has lived here his entire life. This area has really become home for us, and I love being part of the communities I now get to serve. I’m a proud alum of Southern Wesleyan University, and I spent eight years as a high school English teacher before moving into five years of nonprofit marketing. Those experiences shaped how I work with people. I care a lot about communication, trust, and showing up well for others, and that still drives everything I do in real estate. Outside of work, I’m a stepmom to two amazing young men. Life at home is a mix of family, sports, and creative projects. I love watching games with my husband and cheering on the Clemson Tigers, Atlanta Braves, and Gwinnett Stripers. I also enjoy reading and making things, especially graphic design. Our house is shared with two cats and two dogs who definitely keep things interesting. At the end of the day, I love helping people find not just a house, but a place that feels right for them. I believe real estate is about opening doors to new chapters, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey with the people I work with.
