What sets me apart is nearly two decades of professional experience in civil engineering and land development before entering real estate. My background includes water and sewer infrastructure design, surveying, zoning and development research, stormwater and environmental compliance, wetland mitigation, project management, and working alongside engineers, developers, builders, contractors, municipalities, and other industry professionals. That experience gives me a unique perspective—especially when land, development potential, infrastructure, access, utilities, zoning, or property constraints are part of the conversation. I understand the questions to ask and, just as importantly, when to bring the right professional to the table. My network and referral relationships also extend far beyond state lines.
