About Ashley

Who is Ashley Kimball? Today she is a second-generation REALTOR® servicing Atlanta and the surrounding metro areas.  Before getting into real estate, she worked as an ICU nurse at Emory and Wellstar for three years. During that time, she enjoyed the complexity of patient care and cherished the ability to practice patient advocacy and teach best practices to patients and other nurses.  Ashley purchased her first home using a renovation loan about two years into nursing and moved in with approximately 30,000 in equity. At that moment, she knew she didn’t want to sell her new condo so soon but wanted to become an investor. She partnered with her mom on her first deal and, despite many mistakes, made a total of 72,000. Ashley decided to get her license and now dedicates most of her time to helping clients buy and sell traditional real estate. In her spare time, she enjoys flipping homes and is the proud owner of two rental properties.  Ashley recently decided to switch brokerages and make a move to eXp Realty. The goal is to build the Loving Atlanta Life team full of client advocates dedicated to customer service and positive client outcomes! Additionally, Ashley has plans to fund her family’s retirement through the eXp rev share program.
