The son of a nuclear physicist, Allen was raised in the historic town of Oak Ridge, Tennessee ("The Atomic City") and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Auburn University - a foundation that continues to distinguish his approach and elevate the guidance he provides clients. After spending 10 years as a civil engineer and working in cities across the country, including Atlanta, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Memphis, Miami, Raleigh, Providence and San Francisco, Allen transitioned into real estate full time in 2001. Each return to Atlanta reinforced what ultimately became clear: this was where he wanted to build both his career and his life. Allen has now lived in Midtown for more than two decades and is deeply connected to Atlanta's neighborhoods, lifestyle and evolving residential market.
