About Yvonne

Yvonne is a native of Southwest Florida, proud to say the first in her family. After years of buying and selling homes personally her fascination with the real estate market grew stronger and she decided it was time to pursue her long-awaited real estate career almost five years ago. Her success was immediate, in 2021 she won the Rising Star of the Year award. Since then she has partnered with the number one real estate brokerage in SWFL who beat all competitors by over a billion dollars in sales for 2023 and became a member of Top Agent Team Florida who won second place sales team in Lee County for 2023. Yvonne is a Florida Gulf Coast University alumni with a past career in healthcare. She carries over her compassion, educating and advocating for clients, in this full time role as a real estate advisor. You will experience a sincere professional who listens acutely to your individual needs, has the organizational skills to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, and deftly negotiates on your behalf with your best interests in mind.

In her off hours, Yvonne enjoys a variety of activities. She can be found at the beach or on her boat. Growing up in LaBelle and Fort Myers, she’s frequently on the Caloosahatchee River and local beaches island hopping, exploring all the different waterfront pull up by boat restaurants or just catching some sun. She loves to go off-roading in her Jeep and four-wheel drive toys. Always looking to make memories and have new experiences, Yvonne loves to travel the world so far the Italian Riviera has been her favorite. But what she finds the most joy in is being a mother to her son and watching him play baseball!
