I started my real estate career in 1999 working for a new home builder as an on-site sales representative. During that time I learned about the construction process and was able to watch homes being built from the ground up. Since I dealt with so many people I learned how to really listen to what each buyer needed in terms of space, community and budget. After so many years in the business I am pleased to report that most of my business is referred to me by my past and present clients. I've helped mothers and daughters, brothers and sisters and even parents and their children. I take a hands-on approach and walk my clients, whether buyers, sellers or property owners looking for a tenant, through the entire process. Most of my clients are surprised that if they call me at 9 o'clock at night, I'll answer. If you happen to own investment property I also offer full service property management as well as tenant placement.
