Before moving to Southwest Florida, John and Stephanie were active in the residential real estate brokerage business in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Originally Vice President/ Regional Manager for LandVest, a luxury real estate marketing firm in Boston, John relocated to Connecticut and served as Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in Connecticut and New York. Stephanie spent most of her real estate career in management and training in Westchester County, NY, and then accepted the challenge of managing a Coldwell Banker sales office in Manhattan, where real estate is definitely different!
