Hi, I’m Shannelle Lawrence, a Realtor® with Wemert Group Realty proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. I specialize in helping first-time buyers, families, downsizers, 55+ communities, new construction clients, and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence and support. Originally from Port Charlotte, Florida, I returned to Florida after living in Georgia following college and now proudly serve clients throughout Volusia, Seminole, and Orange Counties, including DeLand, DeBary, Orange City, Lake Mary, Sanford, and surrounding areas. Before real estate, I worked in hospitality, event planning, and luxury retail management, where I trained teams on customer service and building strong client relationships. Those experiences taught me how to adapt, communicate effectively, and truly listen to people’s needs — skills that now help me guide my clients through every stage of their real estate journey. What sets me apart is that I don’t disappear once the sign goes in the yard or once we go under contract. I genuinely encourage my clients to ask questions because I believe the more I understand their goals, the better I can protect and guide them throughout the process. My clients often describe me as bubbly, relatable, dedicated, and someone who makes them feel safe and supported during one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Outside of real estate, I’m extremely family-oriented and love spending time with my husband and daughter. You’ll also find me trying new restaurants, attending car shows, playing video games, watching wrestling, and supporting local businesses and community events throughout Central Florida.
