Realtor associate Seth Cohen leads the Sports & Entertainment Division at Brown Harris Stevens. Seth, also a professional Sports Agent, simultaneously represents athletes in the NBA and internationally. Seth is known for his unparalleled passion, untiring work ethic and ironclad dedication and perseverance in fighting for his clients both on and off the court. Throughout the basketball world, both in the NBA and overseas, Seth has earned the reputation for providing his clients with the best representation available today. He founded SAC Sports Family, a sports management and marketing firm, in 2010 and among his clients are some of the NBA’s top prospects. Prior to Brown Harris Stevens and SAC Sports Family, Seth was an entrepreneur with ventures in mortgage, finance, and hospitality. With athletes and friends asking for guidance in real estate decisions as they joined new teams in new cities, he proactively obtained his real estate license to be able to directly assist those clients through that process. While his real estate business soared, his sports management company continued to grow. In 2020, he seamlessly blended both ventures together to develop and lead Brown Harris Stevens’ Sports & Entertainment Division.
