I’m Patricia “Patty” Barthlow, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, and I have proudly called Clay County, Florida home for more than 30 years. I serve buyers and sellers throughout Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Before becoming a Realtor®, I served in the United States Air Force and spent more than 20 years in accounting and financial reporting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Those experiences taught me the value of integrity, communication, attention to detail, and putting people first—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction. I serve as Treasurer for the Clothes Closet & Food Pantry in Orange Park and as Secretary of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1059, helping support the annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans event in Green Cove Springs. I also serve alongside my husband at Church of Eleven22 in Fleming Island. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with family, reading by the river, and enjoying the Northeast Florida lifestyle that has made this area home for decades.
