I have been a life long entrepreneur launching my first business in middle school at 13 years of age! It was a neighborhood bicycle repair shop. The second business I launched was a landscape company selling pine trees to neighbors that lived in my community. What’s awesome is that 40+ years later some of those pine trees are still standing. I went on to launch several more businesses until I found my passion in the world of real estate. Since entering into the industry I have served as a real estate investor, broker, coach, and author with over two decades of experience and more than 50 million in sales across real estate brokerage, investments, and property management. I have experience with single-family homes, vacant land, and multi-family apartment buildings. I try and offer guidance to new or struggling real estate agents. I am also the founder and managing partner of Southern Mountain Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment firm dedicated to helping clients build generational wealth.
