Born in Baton Rouge and raised in Metairie Louisiana, Nicole Larcombe brings a rich background and a wealth of experience to her role as in Independant Broker/Realtor and previous Managing Broker for PowerMark Properties in New Orleans. After moving to NOLA and eventually Buying in Madisonville in 2019, Nicole has made a significant impact in the real estate industry over the past 13 years. Nicole graduated from Ecole Classique in 2001 and pursued business courses with the Women's Urban League of New Orleans. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open Faciane Photography and Film and attend film school through the New Orleans Video Access Center. Transitioning from photography and film editing to real estate, Nicole started her real estate career in 2011 with Housecall Home Inspection, followed by property management roles. By 2016, she became a licensed REALTORⓇ, driven by her passion for helping people find their perfect homes. Her career has been marked by roles at Realty One Group & Star Realty, and where she excelled in sales, coaching, and mentoring new agents As a bubbly and upbeat Associate Broker, Nicole is known for her emphasis on both personal and professional connections. Her diligence has earned her plenty of industry recognition, including being a Rising Star Nominee and President of the Women's Council of Realtors in New Orleans. Nicole is also committed to giving back to the community through her involvement with Habitat for Humanity's yearly women's build and Token of Love, an organization supporting survivors of sex trafficking and domestic violence. Nicole’s motivation stems from her daily goal-setting and a focus on helping others, a philosophy that aligns perfectly with PowerMark Properties’ mission. She enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons, traveling, jet skiing, and indulging in spa days for relaxation. Her interest in holistic and organic remedies adds a unique dimension to her dynamic personality.
