What makes us different from “The Other Guys?” We are locally owned and operated, not a giant corporate franchise. This gives us the ability to offer our clients the most competitive rates in town. We will beat ANY competitors rates. Yep, give us what they gave to you in writing and we will beat it. No junk fees. Nope we don't charge them. “The Other Guys” do but we don’t. Never have, never will. They will however charge you an extra 300, 400, 500 dollars or more. This is a charge for nothing so why pay it? They even charge you when you buy a house!!! We answer the phone. It’s weird, we find that people like to speak to us when they call. The most common complaint we hear about other agents is that they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. They just put a sign up and disappear. Poof, they're gone but yet we are not……. We work 7 days a week. We have been actively licensed in the state of Florida since 2002 and do A TON of sales. Ask “The Other Guys” how long they've been in business and how many sales they've done in Central Florida. The bottom line is they can’t beat our rates, our availability and our experience.
