Real Estate Professional in Florida United States Prior to joining Cervera International Realty and the Aston Martin Residences, Natalie worked for One Sothebys International Realty at the prestigious Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles Beach, she also worked for five years as ISG World's Director of International Sales, being responsible for liaising with brokers and international clientele based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador and Turkey. She traveled frequently to these countries to represent ISG's portfolio of developments which included W Residences Fort Lauderdale, Muse in Sunny Isles Beach, Echo Brickell, Echo Aventura and Sage Beach. She specializes in pre-construction and luxury waterfront residential real estate in South Florida. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Natalie's first passion was sports. She played water polo for the Brazilian national team and later shifted her focus to fitness competitions, earning the right to represent her country for a second time in the World Fitness Championships in Sidney, Australia in 1999. In the U.S., her fitness career includes titles such as Southern States Figure Champion and Southeastern USA Figure Champion, in addition to being the co-host of the first and second series of the popular Zumba videos. Her experience in sales comes from many jobs in the fashion industry, one of which was the opportunity to work with designer Carlos Miele on a retail and wholesale level. Her marketing career began in 1995 working for Time Warner Music Brazil, where she received their prestigious Academic Award from 1996 to 1999. Natalie remains extremely active in her spare time, competing in triathlons, playing golf and practicing yoga.
