About Miguelina
Miguelina Ramirez began her career in real estate in 2008 when joined a team responsible for generating over 600MM in sales. Since then, she has sold several exclusive development projects, including The Plaza on Brickell, 500 Brickell as well as becoming an instrumental member of The Ponce de Leon sales team. Miguelina is a consistent top-producer in the Downtown Miami and Brickell submarket with a concentration in luxury residential condominiums. In 2012, she was invited to join Cervera’s Elite Sales Group in which she earned the highest sales volume amongst members. She attributes her success to her customer service and negotiation skills, network, market knowledge, and of course, hard work. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Miguelina is fluent in English and Spanish, and earned her Associate of Arts in Pre-Law. She is active volunteer at the Miami Rescue Mission, Miami International Book Fair, Miami Science Museum and the Environmental Coalition of Miami and the Beaches.
