Matt is a second-generation realtor and part of one of the top teams in the Villages, FL area. His team offers sellers a combination of digital and print marketing that is as extensive as any team in the area. Matt grew up in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with a basketball in his hand before he could even walk. After graduating from prep powerhouse Moeller High School, where he was a member of the 2007 state champion basketball team, he accepted a Division I basketball scholarship from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, and was fortunate enough to be part of the most successful team in the school’s history. Matt credits his experience as a cadet student-athlete with instilling in him the discipline and appreciation for hard work that define him today. Matt currently resides in Oxford Oaks, one of The Villages’ family neighborhoods, with his wife and two daughters. When he isn’t taking care of customers or spending time with his family, Matt enjoys following the NBA, reading just about anything, and taking advantage of living in Florida. One interesting fact: he is fluent in Hebrew after studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. With a background in sales and the non-profit sector, Matt finds real estate a great way to help people achieve their personal goals while providing for his family.
