Our family supports the Westchase area in many capacities, as we've been a sponsor to the Waterchase men's baseball team, donated to the playground canopy fund, the Fall Festival, the Waterchase summer camps, Waterchase Boat Club, and many other social events. Many residents remember when we brought the RE/MAX balloon to the field for air balloon tethered rides. We believe there is truly no other community like ours, and that is why I have the most success with sales in our neighborhood area. My son, Brandon, is now a Senior in the Kinsman Academy at George Steinbrenner High School. My other son, Logan, is a Junior at FAU in Boca Raton. Our daughter, Brianna, went through Sickles High and the online Hillsborough High School. She studied at the International Academy of Design and Technology for Fashion Design. She models in Miami with Runways the Talent Group and NYC with Wilhelmina Models. My wife, Dawn, of 22 years, helps as my assistant. When I am not showing property or answering my calls 24/7, I am either at my son's baseball, football games, wrestling, or out on the boat. My passion for boating brought us here from Rockford, IL. We love it here!
